Thorpe United Ladies Football Club

The Ladies Reserves Team dominated their games against Sherringham and fully deserved their 4-1 win. A goalless first half was played nearly completely in the Sheringham half and with their first shot on goal Sheringham took the lead 5 minutes into the second half. This spured the team into life and Ellie Carpenter hit the equaliser before a 20 yarder from Daisy and 2 further goals from Kat sealed the win. Well done Ladies, 3 wins on the trot and we are top of the league. A big thank you to the sponsor of our team Readypower and for their support in buying the team a new kit for this season. The ladies cant wait to be wearing the pink and black colours.
